The Black Rhino Series being manufactured mainly contains Shale Shaker and Centrifuge Series. Black Rhino Linear Shale Shakers generally fall into such two types as LS703 and LS833, the first stage equipment for drilling fluids solids control system KOSUN delicately made of best materials and by latest processes. They have the advantages of large capacity, easy operation and maintenance, functional modulization which makes configuration more flexible, etc.

Black Rhino Shale Shakers all adopt Martin vibrating motor since its super-powerful vibrating force can bring about a remarkable increase on screen capacity and aridity of drilling cuttings, thus only fewer shale shakers or comparatively more screen meshes are needed under the same working circumstance.

If Black Rhino Linear Shale Shaker serves as the first stage equipment for drilling fluids solids control system, its average processing speed is 600-750 GPM with 9-10ppg drilling fluids density and 140 screen meshes. The capacity of two Black Rhino Shale Shakers is the equivalent of that of three normal shale shakers. If as underflow sieve for Mud Cleaner, its economical benefits are proved especially remarkable in expensive drilling fluids since it can greatly reduce loss of drilling fluids from cones’ underflow. If as oil-laced cuttings drier, it can lower the oil content proportion than 10% in cuttings after second treatment. Black Rhino Linear Shale Shakers are very effective in reduction of equipment investment and drilling fluids recycling cost as well as in increasing aridity of drilling cuttings and reduction of cutting discharging cost.
