Solids Control Equipment to Complete Mud Circulation

The centrifugal pump, arranged inside mud cabin, suctions cleaned mud with the aid of injection pump. The drilling fluids travels out under the high pressure of AC variable frequency centrifugal pump, through dual high pressure pipelines to vertical pipe valve group standing on the drill floor after the divergence via valves in mud cabin, through the double tribble, hose, upper driving device(or swivel), inner chamber of drillstring to drill bit in the well hole. Then, the high-pressure drilling fluids jets into the well bottom and carries solid phase back to wellhead via the annular space between drillstring and casing pipes, out from the horn mouth under the turntable, through the mud pipelines below drill block to the horizontal mud cabin, and through the verticle mud cabin and the treatment of shale shaker into the tank. Afterwards, the circulaing process is completed when the drilling fluids circulates through hydrocyclone desander, mud desilter, vacuum degasser and decanter centrifuge, through the discharge manifold in solids control module to mud pump, through its water lines into the centrifugal pump.
