KOSUN HDD Mud Purification and Waste Treatment Project Successfully Ending

KOSUN HDD Project- Sinopec Feiyun River Directional Drilling Tail Slurry Treatment System begins its field installation and debugging on July 12, 2016, and finishes its debugging and starts its operating test at 14:00 p.m. on the afternoon of July 21. The test process goes smoothly, the equipment runs well, waste mud is treated properly, liquid is clear and transparent and the national discharge standards are met. After being compressed and dried, solid sludge can reach an ideal state for carrying away. The handling capacity can also meet the requirements of the customer, the treatment effect is highly recognized by Party A and the customer, and the customer thinks highly of KOSUN products and expects future cooperation with KOSUN again.
 


The test ends at 17:00 p.m. on that day, the equipment smoothly passes the acceptance check, and the HDD project successfully comes to an end.
 

HDD Mud Recycling and Waste Treatment System is designed and developed to meet the trenchless technical requirements and is used to purify and treat mud returned from the underground in the process of horizontal directional crossing. Solids control equipment, like shale shaker and mud cleaner, separates large-sized cuttings, mud mixing device adds required mud materials and stirs them evenly to make mud reach the performance requirements for reuse, and then mud pump transports the mud into HDD system for recycling.
 

The difference of this system from the ordinary lies in waste treatment system. After being treated by this HDD tail slurry waste treatment system, the tail slurry can reach the discharge requirements and is unanimously accepted by Party A and the customer. So, the system makes outstanding contributions to environmental improvement in engineering construction.
