The Drilling Fluid Shaker is the primary treatment equipment in the mud solid control system. It treats relatively large drill cuttings particles in the mud and ensures the treatment effect of the subsequent solid control systems. It is an indispensable equipment in the mud solid control system. KOSUN Drilling Fluid Shaker adopts imported or joint-venture excitation motors, and can manufacture double or triple shale shaker that are actually suitable for drilling fluid purification according to customer requirements, and provide corresponding connection manifolds. At the same time, KOSUN Drilling Fluid Shaker can also be used as an underflow shale shaker for mud cleaners.
The Drilling Fluid Shaker has the advantages of high vibration intensity, large screening area, adjustable screen box angle, compact structure and good performance. Drilling fluid shaker is widely used in oil drilling, trenchless horizontal directional crossing, coalbed methane drilling, shale gas drilling, river silt and other fields of mud purification.
When working, the two working motors rotate in the opposite direction synchronously, so that the exciter can generate the exciting force. Therefore, the screen box is forced to drive the screen to do longitudinal movement, so that the objects on the screen are periodically thrown forward a range by the exciting force, so as to achieve the effect of object screening. It is suitable for solid phase separation of drilling fluids, and can also be used for product classification in coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries.
