KOSUN Jingwei Solids Control Equipment Factory in Xi'an

China was completed and put into use.

KOSUN signed a contract with Gazprom - the largest natural gas corporation in the world, on the supporting project of peripheral equipment and all solid control.

American KOSUN Solids Control Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in Houston, Texas, USA, and the brand of Black Rhino was created.
Xi'an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. (KOSUN for short) , originally named as Xi'an Changqing Drilling Equipment Factory and Xi'an KOSUN Oil Drilling Equipment Co., Ltd. is the pioneer in China solids control industry and integrated service provider for global drilling solids control and waste management. Located in Xi'an---one of China's four ancient capitals, KOSUN was established by Mr Geng Zhonghou in 1992 as the earliest oil & gas drilling solids control and separation equipment manufacturing enterprise and the company listed among the first group of private enterprises in China's oil equipment.

KOSUN was established by Mr. Geng Zhonghou.
2004
Mr. Geng Feng succeeded Mr. Geng Zhonghou as general manager of Xi'an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd.
2007
American KOSUN Solids Control Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in Houston, Texas, USA, and the brand of Black Rhino was created.
2010
As an international sales company of KOSUN, KOSUN Oilfield Serv. Co., Ltd. was formally established in Beijing.
2013
KOSUN Yongle Drilling Fluid Circulating System Factory was formally put into use in Xianyang, China.
KOSUN has always enjoyed widespread recognition in industry by dint of advanced technology, stable quality, perfect after-sales service and continuous product upgrading. It has possessed 332 staff, including 158 persons above college degree and 55 managerial personnel and professional technicians. Up till now, KOSUN has formed a strategic layout integrating three centers and two industries.
  • KOSUN has employed 25 professionals and technicians including master graduate students and has been equipped with necessary technologically advanced experimental and testing equipment. In total, KOSUN has invested 13 million RMB in research and development and will continue to invest heavily.
  • KOSUN possesses the first-class factory buildings and equipment that serve as the most advanced oil & gas solids control equipment production base with the largest productivity in China, among which are KOSUN Jingwei Solids Control Equipment Factory and KOSUN Yongle Solids Control System Factory.
  • KOSUN possesses 60 specilized production and testing equipment, sets up specialized material testing laboratory, mud laboratory and full-automatic solids control system testing platform and especially establishes perfect quality management and control system in order to guarantee KOSUN products will be safe and qualified before leaving the factory.
  • Before delivery, KOSUN equipment will go through experiemental assembly in factory as well as in-situ quality check by invited customers and then be packed into boxes for uniform delivery after winning the custoners' recognition.
  • KOSUN will send technicians for in-situ guidance in equipment assembly and adjustment as well as training of operators after the equipment arrive. What is more, they will also be responsible for equipment maintenance and overhaul in the using process.

International Market:

  • KOSUN products have been exported to All-Russia Region, such as, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, etc.

In China market, KOSUN not only has covered the business with the oilfield drilling companies, engineering service companies and machinery factories subject to CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC, but also has provided domestic and foreign supporting services for drilling rig projects for such renowned drilling rig manufacturers in China as Sichuan Honghua, Shandong Kerui, Yantai Jereh, Nanyang RG, Jianghan SJ, Tianjin DFXK, Liaoning Haicheng Petroleum, Shengli Highland, etc.
