KOSUN vertical centrifuges are successfully applied in oil & gas drilling sites at home and abroad

As environmental protection requirements on domestic oilfields are becoming more stringent, zero discharge drilling waste projects have skyrocketed in recent years. Traditional vertical centrifuge only applies to drying treatment of oil-base and synthetic-base mud cuttings and cannot meet drying treatment requirements of water-based mud cuttings. Screen blockage occurs frequently, which results in service failure of vertical centrifuge in water-based mud field.

 
KOSUN has made some technological improvements on traditional vertical centrifuges to surmount the above-mentioned technical difficulties, such as providing intelligent pulse jet control system and successfully developed KOSUN G2 vertical centrifuge VC-2000 and G3 MINI vertical centrifuge VC-800, making KOSUN G2 vertical centrifuges apply successfully in water-base mud field. For oil-base and synthetic-base mud: water content of solids treated by vertical centrifuge is below 6%. For water-base mud: water content of solids treated by vertical centrifuge is within 5%~8%.
