Russia wants to reduce the export tax on crude oil and petroleum products to zero.

The Russian government passed the decree twice successively in July and August 2018 to reform the taxes of its domestic oil industry. The general principle is to reduce the export tax on crude oil and petroleum products until to zero, and increase the oil exploitation tax in equal amounts. Although this tax reform will increase the price of domestic refined oil products in Russia in the short term, and the new tax refund system and dumping factor will make its oil tax system more complicated, in the long run, the new tax system will help increase government revenue and the competitiveness of Russian oil in the international market, can also promote the upgrading of its domestic refining industry, which does more good than harm to both the Russian government and the oil industry. The No. 6 Gas Production Plant, Changqing Oilfield Company makes a drilling footage over 100,000m

On April 1, the drilling footage of the New Years production capacity of the No. 6 Gas Production Plant, Changqing Oilfield Company exceeded 100,000 meters, and the time to reach this length was 28 days earlier than the year of 2018. In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of production and construction, as well as high-quality and rapid development, the No. 6 Gas Production Plant has continuously deepened geological research and promoted technological innovation. On March 6, the first analysis while drilling and deployment disclosure meeting this year preliminarily defined the overall plan for the annual production and construction deployment, and carried out the geological analysis while drilling according to the implementation effect, and timely optimized and adjusted the deployme

CNOOC’s oil and gas reserves have hit a new record high, and CNOOC people are amazing!

On March 21, the reporter learned from China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) that the Company released its 2018 annual performance report. CNOOC steadily increased oil and gas reserve and production. The annual net oil and gas production reached 475 million barrels of oil equivalent, and continued to maintain cost competitive advantages. The main cost of barrel oil continued to decline year on year, creating a record of five consecutive years of cost reduction. By the end of 2018, the companys net proven reserves reached 4.96 billion barrels of oil equivalent, hitting a new record high, and the resource base for sustainable development in the future will be more solid. In the next step, CNOOC has formulated a strategy for deepwater development in the South China Sea. It plans to b

IEA: An acute shortage of global fuel oil supply will continue in next two years

The International Energy Agency (IEA) estimates that fuel oil supply is expected to face an acute shortage before 2020 when sulfur limit for marine fuel is set due to upgrade in refinery and a decline in medium and heavy crude oil production. According to the new regulations of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), by January 2020, the highest proportion of marine fuel sulfur will be reduced from the current 3.5% to 0.5%. The IEA says, since November last year, due to the OPEC and non-OPEC (such as Russia) production reductions, the global production of medium and heavy crude oil has dropped by 1.4 million barrels per day, reducing the residual fuel oil market by 500,000 barrels per day. In the fourth quarter of last year, global demand for residual fuel oil was 6.74 million barre

The Classification and Working Principle of Shale Shaker

Shale Shaker is a vibration screening machinery used for treating refractory materials. The shale shaker has the process characteristics of large amplitude, high vibration intensity, lower frequency and flexible screen surface. During the work process, shale shaker always maintain the largest open-hole rate with high screening efficiency, processing capacity, easy to replace sieve, reducing costs. Shale shaker large screen surface and large processing capacity can meet the production needs of the scene. The Classification of Shale Shaker – According to use, shale shaker can be divided into mining shaker, light fine shaker, Vibrating shaker. -Mine shaker can be divided into: high-efficiency heavy-duty shaker, self-center shaker, elliptical shaker, dehydration shaker, round vibrating shaker,

Hydrocyclones Main Parameters

There are many parameters associated with hydrocyclone s , such as structural aspects, process operations, and feedstock properties. The following is a brief description of the main parameters of hydrocyclone : (1) Cylindrical cylinder diameter and height. The diameter is the main size of the hydrocyclone , it has a certain relationship with the size of other components. If increasing this diameter size, the throughput will increase, but the overflow particle size will become thicker. In order to classify the fine-grained material and increase the throughput, it commonly uses a large number of small-sized cyclones in parallel. The height of the cylindrical body is generally 0.6 to 1.0 of its diameter. (2) Inlet diameter of the mine. This diameter is usually 0.08 ~ 0.25 of the diameter of t
