October 26, 2026 | Xi’an, China
On October 26, 2026, a Russian client visited KOSUN’s manufacturing facility in Xi’an to conduct factory testing, integrated commissioning, and acceptance inspection of a customized tailings slurry reduction system with a capacity of 40 m³/h. This testing represented a key technical verification milestone prior to project delivery.
01. On-Site Testing and Commissioning
Before testing commenced, both parties held a technical coordination meeting to confirm the operating conditions, testing procedures, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that all inspection requirements were clearly defined.
The Chinese and Russian technical teams then proceeded with integrated system testing. The entire process was inspected step by step, covering material feeding, shale shaker screening, classification, solid-liquid separation, and discharge. Particular attention was given to system operating conditions, treatment performance, and key technical parameters.
Following the tests, the technical teams reviewed the operating data and test results. All tested performance parameters met the agreed acceptance criteria. The Russian client expressed a high level of satisfaction with the equipment’s operating performance, and both parties reached an agreement on the subsequent delivery arrangements.

02. System Configuration and Key Features
Developed according to the specific material characteristics and operating requirements of the Russian project, this customized tailings reduction system adopts a three-stage separation process combining shale shaker screening and two-stage decanter centrifuge separation.
The main equipment includes:
- LS608 Dewatering Shale Shaker
- LW750 Low-Speed Decanter Centrifuge
- LW650 High-Speed Decanter Centrifuge
Improved Dewatering and Material Recovery
The system effectively reduces the moisture content of the final discharged solids while improving the recovery of valuable materials. Its tested performance indicators met the client’s acceptance requirements.
Modular System Layout
The modular design facilitates on-site installation and subsequent maintenance, while allowing flexible configuration according to actual project conditions.
Designed for Demanding Operating Conditions
The system is designed to accommodate harsh outdoor operating conditions in Russian mining areas and meet applicable local environmental requirements. It is suitable for volume reduction and dewatering applications involving various types of mine tailings and mineral residues.

03. Acceptance Results and Project Progress
The system successfully passed the factory acceptance test on the first inspection, marking an important milestone before delivery. Both parties signed the acceptance documents on site, and the project officially entered the delivery stage.
KOSUN’s technical team will proceed with equipment shipment and on-site installation services according to the project schedule, supporting the smooth implementation of the system.

04. Commitment to Project Delivery
KOSUN continues to focus on customers’ actual operating requirements through rigorous factory testing, a comprehensive acceptance process, and full-cycle technical services. The successful acceptance of this customized tailings reduction system further supports KOSUN’s ongoing cooperation with customers in Russia and other Russian-speaking markets.
