Introduction to Containerized Sludge-Water Separation Equipment II
Jun 20, 2025
The second stage is the desander cyclone. According to different processing capacities and processing accursions, our company has
configured desander cyclones of different specifications. The main separation accuracy is 2mm< sand <74μm.
The bottom of the desander cyclone flows through the upper screen of the first-stage vibrating screen for dewatering, obtaining sand and gravel with a moisture content of less than 70%.
The desander cyclone is composed of a steel casing and wear-resistant rubber or ceramic lining, which effectively extends the service life of the cyclone and solves the problem of treating slurry water with high sand content. The bottom nozzle of the desander cyclone adopts a detachable connection, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
The desilting cyclones of the same specification can also be matched with different bottom flow nozzle diameters according to the different sand content,
which can effectively solve the problem of high-concentration sludge water blocking the cyclones and achieve better treatment effects.

The third stage is the desliming cyclone. To effectively ensure the final treatment accuracy,

The third stage is the desliming cyclone. To effectively ensure the final treatment accuracy,
our company's sludge water treatment equipment adopts a six-inch long conical desliming cyclone. The main separation accuracy is 74μm < sludge <20μm.
The underflow of the sludge remover is also dehydrated through the upper screen of the first-stage vibrating screen to obtain sludge with a moisture content of <85%.
The desliming cyclone is formed from wear-resistant polyurethane plastic and has excellent wear resistance,
ensuring the service life of the desliming cyclone. According to different processing volumes and different strata mud qualities,
our company has adopted the same specification desliming cyclone group, which not only ensures the processing accuracy but also guarantees the third-level processing capacity.

KOSUN has innovatively developed multi-specification desander cyclone groups for different working conditions, precisely achieving efficient separation of sand particles with diameters ranging from 2mm to 74μm. Its core advantage lies in:
Dual wear-resistant design: It adopts a steel shell lined with wear-resistant rubber/ceramic composite material, which enhances the anti-wear performance by 300% and perfectly handles mud with high sand content (up to 30% sand content).
Intelligent dynamic adjustment: The unique replaceable bottom flow nozzle design supports quick disassembly and maintenance, and can be matched with 8 different diameters (Φ8-Φ25mm) according to the sand concentration in the slurry, completely solving the problem of cyclone blockage.
Resource utilization output: After secondary dewatering through the vibrating screen at the bottom, the moisture content of the sand and gravel is strictly controlled within 70%, and it can be directly used for backfilling or building material recycling.
Level 3: Precision sludge removal cyclone system
KOSUN employs a patented six-inch long conical desliming cyclone set to achieve industrial-grade separation of ultrafine particles ranging from 74μm to 20μm:
Military-grade material: Integrally formed with polyurethane, the wear resistance index is five times that of UHMW-PE, and the continuous operation life exceeds 8,000 hours.
Modular expansion: The standardized cyclone group supports parallel expansion (4-12 units can be freely combined), with a processing capacity of up to 200m³/h, suitable for complex strata such as soft soil and gravel.
Environmental protection closed loop: The moisture content of the mud cake after underflow dewatering is ≤85%, which meets the green construction standards and significantly reduces the cost of solid waste disposal.
