KOSUN Circulation System of Drilling Mud is Widely Used in Oil Drilling Project

The circulation system of drilling mud is a very important part of drilling engineering. It is composed of a variety of equipment, which can discharge waste fluids and cuttings from the bottom of the well, stabilize the well wall, maintain the stability of the hole, and ensure the safety of drilling.
The circulation system of drilling mud mainly includes drilling fluid shale shaker, vacuum degasser, sand degasifier, mud degasifier, drilling fluid centrifuge, mud agitator, mud tank, jet mixing device, liquid gas separator, sand pump, shear pump, electronic ignition device and so on. The workflow sequence of the circulation system of drilling mud is drilling fluid vibrating screen, vacuum degasser, cyclone desander (mud desilter or mud cleaner), drilling fluid centrifuge, etc.

In 2017, KOSUN provided a low-temperature drilling mud solid control system for Lukoil’s oilfield drilling operations in Russia. The on-site processing capacity of the low-temperature system was 240 cubic meters per hour.
In July 2018, KOSUN customized an oil-based mud drilling fluid solid control system for Kuwait National Petroleum Company’s 3000HP drilling rig.
