The Dredge slurry Dewatering Equipment & System with shale shaker, desander, desilter will remove the solids above 25 microns, but for the solids below 25 microns, it require dewatering centrifuge to do the job. KOSUN has different size of decanter centrifuge for different Dredge slurry Dewatering project.

KOSUN Dredge Slurry Dewatering Centrifuge is able to separate solids above 5 microns. With the chemical enhanced technology by decanter centrifuge separation with polymer, the zero microns separation can be reached. For the fine and ultra-fine solids separation, there are normally two type of equipment, one is decanter centrifuge, the other is filter press. Compared to filter press, the decanter centrifuge has the advantages of less polymer required, easy maintenance and easy installation, because of it's high efficient separation capability by centrifugal force for fine solids.
