In the fields of deep, ultra-deep, and HPHT (high-pressure, high-temperature) well drilling, bottom-hole temperatures often exceed 200°C. High-temperature drilling fluids not only shorten the lifespan of drill bits but also pose significant threats to operational safety. Onshore General Purpose: The "Energy-Saving Champion" for Extreme Terrains
The general-purpose system (such as the KSNQ-150) is specifically designed for arid, water-scarce, permafrost, or deep-well environments. Utilizing a closed-loop cooling method with specialized finned heat exchange tubes, it boosts efficiency by 10%, achieving a temperature reduction of 20–40°C. The core of this system lies in its intelligent self-control: the system automatically activates evaporation mode when the dry-running mode is insufficient for cooling. This design significantly minimizes water evaporation—making it ideal for deserts and water-scarce regions—while the unique piping arrangement provides excellent anti-freezing and anti-scaling capabilities.
 
Offshore Dedicated Model: The "Space Master" for Marine Platforms
Deck space on offshore drilling platforms is at a premium. The KOSUN offshore dedicated model (KSNQ-150.1) has undergone a structural revolution:
Compact Structure: By utilizing a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger, the footprint has been dramatically reduced from 15 m² to just 5 m² for the same processing capacity.
