KSMR-200 and KSMR-350: Compact and Flexible Small-scale Choices
These two models are specifically designed for HDD, geothermal, or water well projects with processing requirements below 200-350 GPM.
 · Core Technology: The KSMR-200 utilizes the LS2·752 double-deck linear motion shale shaker, while the KSMR-350 is equipped with the LS608 double-deck shale shaker.
 · Key Advantages: Both utilize a double-deck screen structure to achieve "two-stage treatment in one machine." This integrated design greatly reduces overall size and footprint, making it an ideal solution for sites with limited space, lowering costs while facilitating rapid site transfers.

KSMR-500: The Three-stage Purification Benchmark for Medium-sized Projects
For medium-sized projects requiring capacities below 500 GPM, the KSMR-500 provides a more comprehensive purification process.
· Process Optimization: The system consists of a primary shale shaker, desander cyclones, and desilter cyclones, achieving three-stage series purification.
· Enhanced Dewatering: It is specially equipped with an underflow screen to further dry the solids discharged from the cyclones, effectively reducing waste discharge.

KSMR-1000: High-efficiency Assurance for Large-capacity Construction
For large-scale HDD or coalbed methane projects with processing requirements up to 1000 GPM, the KSMR-1000 model provides powerful throughput capacity.
· Dual-machine Linkage: The system features two high-efficiency shale shakers and a corresponding increase in the number of desander and desilter cyclones to ensure stable mud properties during large-scale drilling.
