KOSUN DC450L Decanter Centrifuges Shipped to Azerbaijan

Recently, KOSUN completed the manufacturing and inspection of a batch of DC450L decanter centrifuges and compatible screens for a project in Azerbaijan. The equipment has now been shipped to the project site.

The customer will add the DC450L decanter centrifuges to an existing solids control equipment system. The equipment will provide additional solid-liquid separation capacity for the site.

Project Requirement: Additional Separation Equipment

Industrial drilling operations can face changing treatment requirements. Processing volumes and operating conditions may vary during field operations.

For an existing equipment system, customers can add standalone separation equipment when additional processing capacity is required. This approach allows them to improve specific treatment stages without replacing the complete system.

For this Azerbaijan project, the customer selected a batch of KOSUN DC450L decanter centrifuges based on the site requirements. The equipment will work as part of the customer’s existing solids control system.

KOSUN Manufacturing: Equipment and Configuration

KOSUN’s technical team worked with the customer before production and delivery. The team confirmed the equipment interfaces, operating parameters, and compatible screen specifications.

KOSUN then completed the manufacturing and configuration of the DC450L decanter centrifuges and accompanying screens. The team also completed the required equipment inspections before shipment.

This process helped ensure that the equipment configuration matches the customer’s existing system and supports installation at the project site.

Overseas Delivery to Azerbaijan

After completing production and final inspection, KOSUN shipped the DC450L decanter centrifuges and compatible screens to Azerbaijan.

The equipment is currently in transit. After arrival, the KOSUN team will provide installation guidance, commissioning support, and technical assistance based on the customer’s requirements.

This delivery reflects KOSUN’s experience in manufacturing decanter centrifuges and providing separation equipment for overseas projects. It also demonstrates KOSUN’s ability to support customers from equipment manufacturing and technical matching through to international delivery.
