KOSUN Delivers 90 m³/h Customized Mud Treatment System for Drilling Research Applications

KOSUN has recently completed the delivery of a 90 m³/h customized mud treatment system designed to support continuous drilling slurry treatment in a drilling research environment.
The project was developed to address the operational challenges associated with laboratory drilling tests, where drilling slurry is generated continuously. Conventional slurry collection and off-site disposal often result in higher transportation costs, longer processing cycles, and reduced operational efficiency.
To meet the customer's specific operating requirements, KOSUN engineered a fully integrated mud treatment system capable of efficiently separating solids from drilling slurry while enabling water recycling for repeated use in testing activities.

The system integrates multiple stages of solids control and mud recycling into a compact platform, providing stable and automated operation.Key features include:
