The LS752 shale shaker is exported to Japan

A batch of LS752 shale shaker recently produced by KOSUN has completed the final factory inspection and packaging work
and has been officially sent to Japan. The device will serve as the core component of the HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling)
mud processing system for local infrastructure projects in Japan.
The LS752 shale shaker shipped this time is a small shale shaker meticulously designed by KOSUN for working conditions with
high requirements for equipment mobility, such as horizontal directional drilling. It perfectly balances the contradiction between
"processing capacity" and "floor space".
Equipment Advantages
The LS752 has a compact structure and a lightweight design, making it highly suitable for rapid deployment and relocation in drilling sites
with limited space, significantly enhancing the flexibility of construction teams.
The equipment adopts a unique double-layer screen design. The upper layer uses a woven mesh for the rapid separation of larger-sized drill
cuttings. The lower layer is equipped with a slit mesh, which can effectively remove finer particles. This combination ensures the purification
effect of the slurry, significantly improves the recycling rate of the slurry, and reduces construction costs.
It has an outstanding solid-liquid separation effect, providing clean and stable mud for HDD drilling, ensuring the smooth progress of drilling
operations and the quality of hole formation.
Application scenarios of LS752 shale shaker
In this project in Japan, the LS752 shale shakerwill be integrated into a complete HDD mud treatment system, which is mainly used to
handle drilling mud generated during horizontal directional drilling.
1. When laying urban pipe networks, environmentally friendly treatment should be carried out on the slurry to prevent pollution to the urban environment.
