Oil-based drilling mud non-landing systems, also known as cuttings non-landing systems or drill cuttings non-landing systems, mainly consist of a cuttings dryer, a high-speed variable frequency centrifuge, a skid-mounted integrated tank, a submersible slurry pump, a mixer, a screw conveyor, and cuttings boxes. It combines process technology with equipment to achieve non-landing disposal of waste drilling mud during drilling, eliminating the need for drilling teams to dig mud pits, significantly saving resources and reducing drilling costs.
