Kuwait - Landing Oil Sediment Treatment System

Project Background:
Kuwait, as a globally significant oil producer, generates a large amount of oily sludge during the process of crude oil extraction and transportation,
posing a severe challenge to the environment. To address this issue, our company designed and constructed a highly efficient and environmentally friendly
50-ton-per-hour on-site oil sludge treatment system for a certain oil company in Kuwait, achieving harmless treatment and resource recovery of oil sludge and contributing
to the sustainable development of the local area.
Technical highlights:
High-efficiency separation process: By adopting the combined technology of "hot washing + centrifugal separation + chemical conditioning",
it achieves efficient three-phase separation of oil, water and sludge.
Environmental protection compliance: The oil content of the treated solid phase is less than 1%, meeting international environmental protection standards.
The wastewater is recycled after advanced treatment to achieve zero discharge.
Modular design: The system has a high degree of integration, is adaptable to the high-temperature environment of deserts, and can be quickly deployed and operate stably.
Intelligent control: Equipped with an automated monitoring system, it can adjust processing parameters in real time, reduce manual intervention,
and ensure processing efficiency and safety.
Project outcome:
Processing capacity: It can process 50 tons of oil sludge per hour and reduce over 200,000 tons of waste annually.
Economic benefits: The recovered crude oil can be directly reused, creating additional income for customers. The operating energy consumption is reduced by 30%.
Social benefits: Significantly improved the local soil and groundwater environment, highly recognized by the environmental protection department of Kuwait.
Application prospects:
The landing oil sludge and sand treatment system is suitable for the treatment of oily sludge in scenarios such as oil fields, refineries,
and storage and transportation tank farms. It has a high level of technical maturity and can be customized and expanded,
providing a reliable environmental protection solution for the Middle East and other oil-producing areas.
