The KOSUN KD Series Slurry Separation Plant is dedicated to slurry purification for Slurry Shield TBM, diaphragm walls, and piling foundations. Utilizing this system optimizes slurry properties, improves hole-making quality and operational efficiency, ensures the safe operation of excavation equipment, and significantly increases the slurry recycling rate. This contributes to reducing construction costs and slurry discharge, meeting the requirements of green construction.
The internal components and wear parts are manufactured from anti-corrosive and abrasion-resistant materials, featuring a long service life and low failure rates, making the system adaptable to various complex working conditions.
 
Modular Design & High-Precision Slurry Separation Technology
 
The KD Series Slurry Plant primarily consists of three core modules: the Scalping Module, the Desanding Module, and the Desilting Module.
 
Scalping Module: Acts as a pre-screener to remove oversized rocks and coarse debris from the slurry.
Desanding Module: Equipped with Desander Hydrocyclones (primary cyclones) and a fine-mesh shale shaker, primarily for removing sand-sized particles.
Desilting Module: Equipped with Desilter Hydrocyclones (secondary cyclones), providing optional precision separation based on specific project requirements.
 
The system adopts a closed-loop circulation purification method. The discharged filter cake has a low moisture content, significantly reducing environmental impact.

Capacity Configuration: Based on geological conditions and material characteristics, the system can achieve customized D50 cut-point control to meet specific separation requirements. Various throughput capacity options are available.
Flexible Power Solutions: The system can be configured to meet different global electrical standards or equipped with an onboard diesel generator set for independent operation.
