As a key unit of the mud purification system, the drilling fluid desander plays a cornerstone role in multiple industrial scenarios with its highly efficient solid particle separation technology.

1. Onshore deep Wells: As the well depth increases, the composition of cuttings carried by the drilling fluid becomes increasingly complex and variable.
The desander needs to continuously deal with the challenges of mixed solid phases such as sandstone and mudstone. Its unique conical separation structure can generate a stable high-speed centrifugal field, effectively sort particles according to density gradients, significantly reduce the abrasive damage of sand particles to core components such as drilling pumps, and extend the service life of equipment.
